Constitution for the Commonwealth Federation

n order to unite the Crown
Commonwealth for their common defense, general welfare, the protection of life,
liberty, and property, and their other ancient liberties be it enacted by the
Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty with the consent and by the authority of the
peoples of the Realms of: Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Australia, the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Barbados,
Belize, England, Grenada, Jamaica, the Maritime Confederation, New Zealand,
Northern Ireland, the Independent State of Papua New Guinea, Quebec, Saint
Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Scotland, the
Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Wales, and Western Canada, that the
aforementioned Realms hereby form the Commonwealth Federation and that this
Constitution shall be the supreme law thereof.
